The Under 17 Motor Club (NW) & CSMA Club (NW) will hold a NAT B & Clubmans Autosolo and an All Forwards Autotest and a Clubmans Production Car Autotest at Blackburn Services, M65, J4 on Sunday 17 February 2013.
